Book Review: The Bronte Plot by Katherine Reay

I love Katherine Reay. She writes witty. She writes smart. She writes clean!

She always has an endearing story and a light romance. If you love classic literature she always adds facts and quotes and quirks from her main characters in love with the classics and their authors.

The Bronte Plot was all that!

A fun read with interesting and charming Lucy whose troubles are nothing like my own. She screwed up all over the place and yet you cheered for her to succeed, to be forgiven, to find her way.

In all honesty The Bronte Plot was not my favorite of Reay's novels, (my heart still lies with Dear Mr. Knightly) but it was still a great read and I look forward to opening up A Portrait of Emily Price.

From me The Bronte Plot receives:

***** (5) Clean Stars!

***/ (3.5) Entertainment Stars!
